"Manizha Parand I called her office and spoke to her assistant a very disrespectful and unprofessional individual. I needed a letter from my insurance agent and he was clueless even after I told him the exact letter I needed, he proceeded to give me incorrect information and refused to leave a message for Manizha to call me back. He told me Manizha doesn’t speak to her clients. I emailed her various times with no response. And her assistant was extremely rude. Please consider another State Farm agent not Manizha she is very hard to reach and has incompetent people working for her. After she gave me the letter and I brought it to the judge at the DMV and the judge laughed at me and said the letter was barely in English with grammar errors everywhere."
